Objective: creation of additional accommodation capacities for IDPs

Current implementation status

Four objects (subprojects/SP), located in Kryvyy Rih (2), Pavlograd and Slobozhanske, Dnipropetrovsk region, are finally selected for reconstruction/implementation as of now.

The design and cost estimate documentation (DED) is developed for all these objects. On the basis of the developed DED positively evaluated by the relevant expertise and the bidding documentation approved by KfW, the tender for selection of construction works contractor at the facility located in the village of Slobozhanske is announced.

The Project Environmental and Social Management Framework are elaborated, endorsed by KfW and approved.

Based on the provisions of this document and with consideration of other relevant Project requirements, environmental and social management plans, stakeholder engagement plans and grievance redress mechanisms are developed for all aforementioned SPs.

Apart from that, taking into account detection of asbestos-containing materials at the facility in Slobozhanske, the action plan for removal of these materials from the object is elaborated.
